Pricing

Our offerings are sold by a double dozen minimum. We are happy to plate and adorn all our offering at an additional cost.Our plated stations anticipate 12-16 guest.

 

Staffing

For cocktail parties we recommend one server for every 15 to 20 guest plus applicable bar and kitchen staff. Wait staff plus gratuity and applicable taxes available upon request.We can arrange for the rental of platters, trays, glasses etc. with clients billed directly.

 

Cocktails

We are happy to provide fresh hand pressed concentrated mixes for your featured Cocktail. Some favorites include fresh Margaritas, Mojitos, Caipirinhas, Daiquiris, Pina Coladas, Bellinis, Fresh Squeezed Mimosas, Pisco Sours, Sangria Tinto or Blanca. *Allow at least 2 glasses per person for a two hour event.
